Well we could have gotten back on the trail today, as we had originally anticipated. Rainbow Eyes said he planned to stay until Monday, and he would get us back to the trail if we wanted to go. But, yeah, we just hiked 1000 miles. We need a few more days off. So we stayed again, and ate more delicious food, relaxed all day, and did some more swimming in the pool. There's a sign outside in the backyard that says 'welcome thru hikers', that his parents made. This has been so great at Rainbow Eyes' house. At night, a bunch of his local friends all came over to hang out.
